Ballet Friends

Let me just say those recitals can get pretty looooong. Luckily we have a couple of good friends with kids also taking lessons. It made it more bearable when you looked forward to seeing our friends dance. Everyone did awesome, sick, sweet (sorry Luke's favorite descriptions have rubbed off on me)

Ballet Time!!!!

We just finished another year of Ballet. Jada did a great job with her jumps, spins, leaps, etc.. (can you tell I'm not a dancer) Each year she says she is done dancing and then after the recital changes her mind and can't wait for next year! Guess the spotlight calls her name.

No Camera

This will be a boring post because my camera is still visiting my sister. I keep forgetting to pick it up. Too bad because I have lots to post about.

First: We survived the Piano Festival both Jada and Mia got eight superiors!

Second: We survived Jada's birthday party at Build-a-Bear. Thanks to a generous neighbor 12 kids were able to make a bear. (Also thanks to Monica for driving)

Last but not least I got new running shoes for my birthday (Thanks Brandon) I also got advice on how to avoid ankle and shin injuries. So time to increase those miles and get ready for some races!

Gym Girl Update

I've had a request for an update. Nothing too exciting no fist fights, scratching, pulling hair etc.
I've come to terms with exploring new spots.
I do believe in Karma because last week horse face got sick during class and had to leave, it must be a bad bug because she was not there on Thursday (so I visited my old spot)....Wait I take it back I don't want Karma to come and kick me in the butt for being mean.
I will now say nice things about her in my head so I won't get sick or break a leg.

Shout Out To Jada!

Jada is turning 7!!!
Time really does fly, she has brought so much joy into our lives. I am going to name some of the things that make up Jada:
She plays well with her little brother.
She is brave and tough.
She is a graceful dancer and a talented climber.
She is smart.
She has a good imagination.
She is a good friend.

We love you Jada, have a Happy Birthday!

Spring Is Coming!

There may be a few snowflakes falling today but yesterday brought big celebration:
