Summer Is Here!

We finally went out on the beastly boat! Summer is officially here. The water was chilly and refreshing. I will be posting pictures sometime soon so everyone can see the greatest family friendly boat of all times. I love summer time!!!

Dinosaurs Roar!

It finally feels like summer. (even though it snowed last week) We have started going someplace fun at least once a week. Here we are at the dinosaur museum the highlights included the erosion table, star room, and ice cream sundaes. My personal favorite was IKEA afterwards. We are lucky to have fun friends to explore and chill with. Can't wait for our next adventure.

The Greatest Piano Teacher!

Here are the pictures from the girls piano recital. They both did a wonderful job. Jada has been enjoying everything about the lessons she loves to practice and getting to see her Aunt each week. Mia doesn't enjoy practicing as much but once she learns a song she loves it. Thanks Alena for being such a good teacher. (Jada wasn't too happy about having her picture taken.)

My Smart Boy!

Luke is king of naming cars. He can tell you what each is called and if it is a race car he can tell you who drives it. He spends hours hauling cars out to the sandbox then bringing them back in cleaning them and lining them up. I don't understand the obsession but it keeps him entertained.
A favorite thing he says now is darkin or darking. When night is coming he says "it's darking outside on my bike." I love this kid even if he prefers daddy!

Race Day

We went to the Utah Grand Prix Le Mans race. Luke was in heaven. (Thanks Monica for the cute picture) This picture says it all he just needs a beer holding hat and the red neck transformation will be complete.

Ballet Princess and Spelling Bee Queen

Mia won her class spelling Bee. She is dressed in shipwreck clothing for field day. It is hard to believe the school year is coming to an end. We will hopefully have lots of fun things to write about during the summer. (Mia was pretty mad that I only let her wear the ribbon one day)


Jada's ballet recital was this past weekend, she did a great job dancing to a song from the musical Wicked. She got to be in the front row and smiled the whole time. She is becoming a very graceful dancer!

Housebroken

Luke's new thing, taking care of business outside. So much for potty training maybe I would have been better with a dog.
