Way to Go Utah!!
Yesterday was a great, fabulous, wonderful day! I went skiing with my friends and gave snowboarding a short try. I have much more respect for boarders my butt and neck are killing me today. Nothing more humbling than having three year old kids zoom by as I slowly tumble down the mountain.
That night we watched the game at my friends beautiful new home. Had some good food and fun conversation. What a good life.

Nope, no big new year this time. We wanted to go really bad but I got really sick with a high fever so we were stuck at home being sick. You have to go to time square at like 1:00 in the afternoon and reserve your grid spot and then wait there all day. I think if we would have been there all day in 1 degree weather I would have died... maybe next year!

Anyway -That was a great game. Mostly though it was so fun to watch it with friends and family right! Hey. I think we should try to swing a ski day. Millie had a girls ski day once a week most weeks last year. She's talking about doing it again. I'll let you know if we decide which day.
I skied one run with Blake Lively on Saturday. Although I met her at the new years eve party she has no idea who I am and I didn't feel it necessary to introduce myself again since I had a face mask, goggles and a helmet on... Anyway She was with Bart Johnson (since Blake is Bart's sister in law) We met up with Bart to ski but after the first run he skied past the lift we all decided to meet at and we didn't try to hook up after that.
I've never seen Gossip Girl but I've seen enough pictures of Blake all over the magazines to know she is hugely famous.
P.S. We should invite Monica to the ski day too! (Even though she rides....) Just kidding its all good.
What's with the snowboard? Are you defecting?
